Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Bites

This is by far, my favorite recipe for pork; it is so easy, takes so few ingredients, and the slow cooker does all of the work! I try to make enough for several meals through the week, but it only seems to ever have barely enough for one round of leftovers in our house :)

SLOW COOKER BBQ PORK BITES

2 lbs boneless pork ribs, chopped into cubes
1 tsp each of salt and pepper
1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 medium onion, diced or sliced

Layer onions into the crock pot, and then top with chopped meat. Add all seasoning and BBQ sauce on top of the meat. Cook on low 4 hours, or high for 8 hours.

This recipe is so versitile as well, as you can eat it just like this, or with the sauce, you can place it on top of pasta, or even on sandwiches to make crazy-awesome BBQ sandwiches. I love adding red onions and coleslaw to make the best pulled pork sandwiches ever with this super tender, juicy, and flavorful meat!
