Korean Ground Beef

I love quick and easy recipes that have minimal ingredients or labor, and have amazing flavors. That's right; I am a lazy cook. When I can pile everything into one dish and not need any side items, even better! Although some would consider the rice to be a side item, because I have everything on top of each other, we will go ahead and say that this is all one big pile of amazingness. It also looks great, and really packs a flavor punch!

Korean Ground Beef

1lb ground beef
3 Tbl green onions
1/4 c brown sugar
3 Tbl soy sauce
1 Tbl sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp minced ginger
3 cloves minced garlic
1 c shredded cabbage
salt and pepper to taste

Good ground beef and drain. Add all remaining ingredients (you could use the green onions as a pretty garnish, or add in this step). Cook for a couple of minutes, until the cabbage is tender. Serve over rice.
